It looks like a page torn from a trade journal that was given to me by a friend. The equipment is apparently owned by a company, Zimmerman and Jansen, in Vanderbijlpark (just south of Johannesburg), South Africa. The company is known for reconditioning and servicing of valves. The local metallurgical and petrochemical companies seem to be the main customers.
